At The PT Collective, we’ve created a welcoming space where individuals of all fitness levels feel supported and inspired to pursue their personal health and wellness goals.
We’re proud to offer two studios under one roof:
• Unit 3 is home to our gym, where we run strength & conditioning classes, kid-friendly sessions, and personal training.
• Unit 4 is our dedicated Pilates studio, offering crowd favourite Reformer Pilates, Matwork, Barre, and Strong Pilates which is a dynamic fusion of mat and reformer styles. Plus some kid friendly classes.

Our Classes
Reformer
The perfect way to improve your overall fitness and strength. Using a Reformer machine, this class will help you build core strength, flexibility and posture. You'll leave each class feeling energised and ready for more.
Strong Pilates
Our Strong Pilates classes are designed to challenge you and take your fitness to the next level. These dynamic classes combine traditional Pilates exercises with strength training and cardio for a full-body workout.
Strength
A workout designed to get your muscles on fire!
Expected a combination of body weight exercises, resistance exercises using weights & machines. In this class you’ll work on muscle strength & building.
MUMS
Strength and Conditioning
During this class expect a full body workout to focus on increasing your strength, enhance your fitness levels and build your self confidence. As Amy being a mum herself she knows how hard it can be and she wants to help you THRIVE not survive.
Conditioning
Conditioning class uses a combination of high intensity exercises and low impact exercises. Our experienced instructors are here to guide you through the class. Get ready to get your sweat on and feel the burn!
